This year I want to do something a little different on our Upcoming Events page. Believe it or not, our schedule is usually planned out well in advance, so I want to list our events and the approximate price. I hope this will help us be prepared for the cost and strengthen the communication between myself, students, and most importantly, our parents.
February:
Saturday 2/7: Epic Super Bowl Party
Saturday 2/13: Unstained: Purity as Worship Conference with Harvest USA.
Cost: $10
March:
Weekend 3/12-14: D-NOW- 'Reboot'
Cost: $25 due 2/28
Sunday 3/28: $50 Deposit due for Summer Camp
April:
Friday 4/16: Braves Game
Cost: $20-$25
Saturday 4/24: Car Wash to raise funds for Summer Camp
May:
Friday 5/7: Guys Night/Girls Night
Cost: $20?
June:
Week of 6/13-17: Summer Camp, location TBA
Cost: $300 (you need to plan to pay $150 per student)
Tuesday 6/8, 22, 29: Terrific Tuesdays (cost and location varies)
July:
Tuesday 7/6, 13, 20, 27: Terrific Tuesdays (cost and location varies).
Sunday 7/11, 18, 25: SNAC (Sunday Night After Church-location TBD)
August:
Friday 8/13: Camp Out at Camp Scott Patterson
September:
TBD: Applebee's Pancake Breakfast
Wednesday 9/22: See You At The Pole!
October:
Friday 10/15: Redneck Racin' at Cleveland Speedway
Cost: $20?
November:
Saturday 11/20 : Turkey Bowl
Cost: $10?
Sunday 11/21: Chili Bowl
December:
Wednesday 12/29-12/31: Winter Retreat (to WV?!?!?!?!?)
Cost: $150?
